Abstract

Latino Education  emanated from the National Latino/a Education Research and Policy (NLERP) project. The contributions to this volume come from scholars, almost all Latinos, whose collective work helps to forge a vision for research to resolve some of the most pressing issues in education for Latinos. The book is an important contribution to the field, including essays from eminent scholars who provide testament to the breadth and complexity of these issues from a Latino perspective.
