Abstract
TO MEET WASHINGTON’S EQUITY IN AIR QUALITY AND CLIMATE COMMITMENTS, OUR STATE MUST:
1. Tighten particulate matter (PM) standards,
2. Expand localized & adaptive air monitoring statewide,
3. Increase technical advisory investments for communities
overburdened with air pollution, and
4. Develop cumulative air toxics regulations and assessment
to catch up with California, Oregon, and Massachusetts.
